This year marks the anniversary of publishing the Best of Pacifica, the Reader’s Choice Award as determined by Tribune readers.
The Tribune has listed 40 business categories which covers various community shops. From this list voters are asked to vote for whom you think are the best shop, provide the best services and are the top places in Pacifica. The list is on page A7.
Vote for the business that treated you the best in 2014. You will have two months to submit your vote. The deadline to file an online ballot (or for a printed ballot to be received at the Tribune office ) is Wednesday, Dec. 31 by noon. Voters are limited to one ballot online or in print (not both). You must enter responses in at least 10 categories for your ballot count.
Ballots can be mailed the Pacifica Tribune, 59 Bill Drake Way, Pacifica, CA 94044, dropped off at the Tribune office or vote online at SurveyMonkey.com/s/PacTrib. Limited one ballot per person. Please list your name, phone number and e-mail address so we can contact you if we have a question.
The top 40 winners will be announced in February and will be invited to an awards breakfast at Nick’s Restaurant. The winners will have the opportunity to include their businesses in the Best of Pacifica listings online and in the newspaper once a month throughout 2015. Winners will also receive a special certificate from the Tribune to proudly display in their place of business for patrons showing that they were chosen No. 1.
Tabulation of the votes will be conducted by a national survey company.
