Oakley police calls: Officers respond to residential burglaries, arrest warrants, fights

The following items are from the Oakley police log:

Tuesday, Dec. 9

  • vehicle theft — At 5:37 a.m. it was reported a vehicle was stolen form the 1200 block of West Cypress Road.
  • DUI — At 5:49 p.m. someone was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated on Laurel Road and Empire Avenue.
  • Vehicle accident — At 8:48 p.m. officers responded to a vehicle accident on Empire Avenue and Gamay Drive.

    Wednesday, Dec. 10

  • warrant — At 2:33 p.m. someone was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 300 block of Lorenz Drive.
  • Petty theft — At 6:43 p.m. it was reported a petty theft occurred at Lucky’s.
  • DUI — At 11:44 p.m. someone was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated on n Laurel Road and Mellowood Drive.

    Thursday, Dec. 11

  • verbal Dispute — At 3:39 a.m. officers responded Third and East Acme streets for the report of a verbal dispute.
  • Violation — At 3:42 p.m. officers responded to the 400 block of Almondtree Circle for the report of a restraining order violation.
  • accident — At 11:37 p.m. officers responded to the report of a misdemeanor hit-and-run accident on Sequoia Drive and Chianti Way.

    Friday, Dec. 12

  • verbal Dispute — At 9:34 a.m. officers responded to the 400 block of Beaulieu Lane for the report of a verbal dispute.
  • Public intoxication — At 6:07 p.m. someone was arrested on Wilbur Avenue for public intoxication.
  • Fight — At 8:29 p.m. officers responded to Empire Avenue and Main Street for a fight.

    Saturday, Dec. 13

  • Failure to obey: At 12:56 a.m. someone was arrested on Vintage parkway and Rutherford Lan for failure to obey a police officer.
  • Recovery — At 5:22 a.m. officers recovered a stolen vehicle form Salvador Lane and Hill Avenue.
  • Warrant — At 10:01 a.m. someone was arrested for and outstanding warrant on Empire Avenue and Cypress Road.

    Sunday, Dec. 14

  • Warrant — At 1:38 a.m. someone was arrested in the 4500 block of Fig Lane for and outstanding warrant.
  • Burglary — At 4:51 p.m. it was reported a vehicle was burglarized on Main Street and Sandy Lane.
  • Missing adult — At 7::07 p.m. officers responded to the 3700 block of Frank Hengel Way for the report of a missing adult.
