In an interview with Hello! Magazine Young revealed what her wedding dress looks like. She told the outlet, “I didn’t choose the dress based on the location that we’re having it, I wanted to choose the dress based on the one that I fell in love with, it’s very sexy, elegant.” Adding, “I think a lot of people see me in a certain type of dress.” Young went on to explain that she shared a few wedding dress options on her Instagram, even one that was her second runner-up, but said the dress she chose was something completely different. She revealed, “The dress I posted the other day on Instagram was my second runner-up, I think people probably see me in a dress like that, but the one I chose, I don’t think anyone would expect to see me in it.”
Heather Rae Young’s wedding dress designer is the same as her fellow co-stars
Fans of Selling Sunset already know that Young’s co-stars Mary Fitzergarld and Christine Quinn both wore dresses by the luxe designer Galia Lahav for their wedding day. So, it’s safe to say that Young took inspiration from her colleagues because she, too is going to be wearing a gown designed by the same designer. According to House Beautiful, Young will be wearing Galia Lahav. Young also shared on Instagram in February of 2021 that she was at the designer’s LA flagship with Fitzergald and another co-star Chrishell Stause trying on dresses, via Us Weekly.

On August 27, 2021, Young was spotted heading off to her final wedding dress fitting, via Daily Mail. She was seen looking oh-so-happy and despite wearing comfy clothes her hair and makeup were on point, which is a must for final fittings! This also means that Young and El Moussa‘s wedding must be right around the corner. As final fittings usually take place a few weeks before “I Dos.”
