This 2019 Porsche 911 GT2 RS was purchased new by the seller and shows just over 500 miles. It was ordered in Guards Red with a red and black interior, and options include the $18k Weissach Package, front-axle lift, the Light Design Package, satin-black wheels, Bose surround sound, additional carbon-fiber accents, and more. The 991.2 GT2 RS is currently the most powerful street-legal 911 ever offered by Porsche, developing 690 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque from its twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat-six. Power is sent to the rear wheels only through a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch automatic transaxle. Porsche claims the car will accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 2.7 seconds, zero to 100 mph in 6.1 seconds, and top out at 211 mph. This GT2 RS is now offered in Miami, Florida with a Porsche Production Specifications certificate, a clean Carfax report, a copy of the build sheet, factory manuals and keys, and a clean Montana title in the seller’s name.
Weight savings were targeted with the GT2 RS program, and Porsche fitted multiple carbon-fiber components including the hood, front fender vents, side intakes, side mirrors, and rear wing. This particular car is also optioned with carbon-fiber window triangle trim. The Weissach Package reduces weight further through the use of carbon fiber for the roof panel and the anti-roll bars. Downforce is increased with a large rear wing, underbody diffuser, and a deeper front fascia, while NACA ducts in the front trunk lid aid in brake cooling. The optional front-axle lift raises the car on command to help prevent scraping.
Centerlock 20″ front and 21″ rear alloy wheels are optioned in satin black and mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires measuring 265/35 and 325/30, respectively. Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) are standard on the GT2 RS and distinguished with bright yellow calipers. Each corner is detailed up close in the photo gallery below.
Inside, 918-style carbon-fiber-shelled bucket seats are upholstered in black leather with red Alcantara inserts and contrast stitching. The rear seats are omitted to save weight, while the Weissach Package adds headrest embroidery, carbon-fiber trim, and a plaque mounted above the glovebox. This car was also ordered with a fire extinguisher, Bose surround sound, the Chrono Package with a white Sport Chrono dial, carbon-fiber floor mats with leather edging, aluminum pedal covers, white instrument dials, and illuminated carbon-fiber doorsill guards. Blue factory protective material is present throughout the cabin.
Buttons on the lower center console toggle the sport exhaust system, electronic stability control, front-axle lift, and other features. Instrumentation includes a 250-mph speedometer and a central 8k-rpm tachometer. The digital odometer currently indicates about 530 miles according to the seller.
The twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat-six produces 690 horsepower at 7,000 rpm and 553 lb-ft of torque at 2,500 rpm. As shown in the gallery, the front trunk compartment contains a 1.3-gallon carbon-fiber distilled-water tank that can be sprayed on the intercoolers. The seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle sends power to the rear wheels only.
