This 2004 Mercedes-Benz SL600 is finished in black over Anthracite Exclusive leather and powered by a twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V12 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. The car was first registered in California and remained there until it was acquired on BaT in August 2020 by the seller, who then relocated it to Kentucky. The car is fitted with Active Body Control hydraulic suspension. The seller notes the tire-pressure monitoring system is inoperative.
The cabin features climatized multi-contour seats upholstered in Anthracite Exclusive leather with matching door panel inserts and carpets along with burred walnut wood trim on the steering wheel, center console, and doors. Amenities include COMAND infotainment, Bose audio, navigation, Keyless Go, and dual-zone automatic climate control.
The multi-function steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 5,750-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 20k miles, approximately 700 of which were added by the seller.
The twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V12 was factory rated at 493 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. Modifications consist of K&N air filters and a Kleeman ECU tune. Servicing in December 2020 included an oil change and replacement of the front and rear batteries, power steering pump, oil level sender, and windshield washer fluid reservoir filler pipe.
